Bryce West, an arts patron and member of the board of directors of the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, has given $1 million to the Dr. P. Phillips Orlando Performing Arts Center, or DPAC. It's the 20th $1-million gift DPAC has received -- and the first large gift this year. West joined the DPAC board earlier this fall.
