Consistent with its mission, the Center is committed to the City of Orlando’s Blueprint, offering business opportunities, from design and construction to operations, for Minority and Women Business Enterprises (M/WBE), local residents and businesses.
The Dr. Phillips Center team believes that a center built for Central Florida must be built and operated in partnership with the same community. The development and economic growth of M/WBE firms will benefit every aspect of the Center, while providing the region with a facility for everyone to enjoy for the next 100 years. To ensure participation, the Center has partnered with Anderson & Associations, P.A. and Orenva Consulting Group, Inc. to implement initiatives through the design and construction process.
