Join us for our brand-new self-care classes.
Expanding on Arts For Every Life®, we're launching innovative classes focused on self-care for seniors and caregivers. We'll help you find balance and strength through movements that connect mind with body—and blend deep-breathing, stretching and movement to reduce stress, depression and more.
Classes will also explore dramatic techniques and role-playing to aid in personal growth, self-healing and emotional well-being. Together we'll share stories and engage in creative group activities in an expressive environment that is safe, fun and dynamic. Classes catered to caregivers will focus on relaxation, stress relief and balance.
