25/26 AdventHealth Broadway in Orlando Season Offer Details


TERMS & CONDITIONS: Subscriptions, tickets and additional tickets purchased under any subscription package are subject to Dr. Phillips Center Terms & Conditions and the offer details on this page. By buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

PACKAGE TOTAL: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, as well as $60 in processing fees, $42 in facility fees, all applicable taxes, and if applicable, the Patron subscription fee noted below. Processing fees are non-refundable.

The Patron subscription package (Orchestra rows AA-P, Mezzanine Center Rows A-D, Mezzanine Left and Right Rows A-B, and all boxes) includes a $175 fee for each subscription. Patron subscribers get priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers before tickets go on sale to the public, as well as parking for the City Commons Garage for subscription performances and other benefits.

OPTIONAL DONATION: A $10 per seat contribution to the Florida Theatrical Association Education Fund is an optional donation. If you don’t wish to contribute, you can opt-out at the time of purchase.

SEASON OPTION: Season options are not included in any subscription package. Additional purchase is required, and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase. Season options added at the time of renewal are eligible for the Payment Plan. Season options added after renewing must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are not eligible for the Payment Plan. Ticket prices for the Season Options include a $5.25 per ticket facility fee and a $14 per ticket service fee.

RENEWAL DEADLINE: To renew your subscription and keep your seats, you must log in to your Dr. Phillips Center account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 11:59pm on May 2, 2025. Any requests to adjust the standard subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by May 2, 2025. These are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the subscription package will be offered.

AUTOMATIC RENEW: All subscribers will be automatically renewed each season. You’ll be charged the then-current subscription price annually or in installments (if you’re on a plan). A valid credit card and email are required. You have 30 days from the date of the season announcement email to cancel the renewal by using the cancellation link in the email, logging into your online account, or calling or emailing us. If you cancel before the cutoff date from the email, you won’t be charged. After that date, you’ll get a full refund, provided that the request is made within the 30-day window.

PAYMENT PLAN: If you choose to complete your purchase through payment plan, after your first payment, your credit card will be automatically charged on the dates below. A valid credit card is required, and the expiration date must be after September 30, 2025. The billing address must be updated in your account for the credit card payment to be processed.

FLEXIBLE UPGRADES & EXCHANGES: Exchanges and seat upgrades are subject to availability and must be completed no later than 48 hours before your performance. If you exchange for a higher-priced seat or performance, the difference will be charged during the exchange process. If you’re exchanging for less expensive seats, the price difference will be refunded to your original method of purchase or issued as a credit to your account. Some restrictions may apply.

ACCOUNT CREDIT: Account credit is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferrable.

AUDIENCE ADVISORY: The Broadway in Orlando series offers a diverse selection of arts and entertainment. Not all productions may be appropriate for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with shows offered to make informed decisions prior to purchasing a season subscription.

WAITLIST: Joining the waitlist for on-sale notification of new subscription packages does not guarantee access to purchase a subscription package. You will simply be notified if new subscription packages become available.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS: Health and safety protocols may be in effect for performances this season; updates will be sent to ticket holders before each event or posted on Dr. Phillips Center’s website. All ticket holders are required to comply.
