DR. PHILLIPS CENTER ACCOUNT & DIGITAL WALLET

How do I log into my Dr. Phillips Center account?

You can log into your Dr. Phillips Center Account by clicking the “Login” icon at the top right-hand corner of the Dr. Phillips Center website.

How do I access my tickets?

Your tickets are located in your Digital Wallet, at wallet.drphillipscenter.org. You can also access your Digital Wallet from your Dr. Phillips Center Account.

48-hours before your scheduled performance date and time a live QR code will appear in your Digital Wallet. If you prefer to use your Apple Wallet, this is when you can do download your ticket from the Dr. Phillips Digital Wallet to your Apple Wallet.

For the security of your tickets, please do not screenshot the QR code.

When should I access my mobile ticket(s)?

We recommend you add your ticket(s) to your phone’s wallet at least 48 hours before the performance to avoid a delay in accessing your seat.

How do I transfer/share tickets with other people in my party?

Log in to your Dr. Phillips Center account at wallet.drphillipscenter.org using your Dr. Phillips Center account credentials.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes. However, if you plan on transferring tickets, we recommend you do so in advance.

What if I transfer to the wrong person? Can I cancel it?

Yes. You can cancel the transfer and reclaim the tickets at any time. You can always see the status of all of your tickets including those you have transferred when viewing the event in your account.

What if am unable to access my phone when I arrive at the theatre?

Simply come to the box office, present your ID, and we will assist.

How do I update my account information?

To update your name, address, email and mobile number, log in to your Dr. Phillips Center account and click “Update Account Details” in the right-hand navigation, under Account Settings.

RENEWALS & UPGRADES

How do I renew my AdventHealth Broadway in Orlando Subscription?

You can renew your AdventHealth Broadway in Orlando subscription through your Dr. Phillips Center account.

Will I be able to change my subscription seats?

Yes! Once the renewal period ends and you have renewed your subscription, you will be invited to upgrade or move your seats and/or performance date. Your easy, self-service account allows you to review and choose new seats using an interactive seat map. You will be notified via email when the upgrade period begins.

Can I purchase additional subscriptions?

After the renewal period, all renewed subscribers will be invited to purchase additional subscriptions before season tickets go on sale to the public, during the upgrade & exchange period. Your easy, self-service account allows you to review and choose new seats using an interactive seat map. You can do this at the same time you are moving your seats.

Current subscribers always have access to the best available inventory FIRST – just one of the great perks of purchasing a subscription.

What are the various fees and are they new?

Previously the fees were rolled up into the total subscription package price. On the new ticketing platform pricing information is displayed differently, however it is still in line with the overall package pricing from previous seasons.

What is the $175 Patron Subscriber Fee?

The Patron subscription package provides priority access to premium seat locations (Orchestra rows AA-P, Mezzanine Center Rows A-D, Mezzanine Left and Right Rows A-B, and all Boxes) and parking for the City Commons Garage for subscription performances.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

What is auto renew?

All subscribers will be automatically renewed each season into the full season package. You’ll be charged the then-current subscription price annually or in installments (if you’re on a plan). A valid credit card and email are required. You have 30 days from the date of the season announcement email to cancel the renewal by using the cancellation link in the email, logging into your online account, or calling or emailing us. If you cancel before the cutoff date from the email, you won’t be charged. After that date, you’ll get a full refund, provided that the request is made within the 30-day window.

PAYMENT PLANS

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes, subscribers to the 8-show and 4-show packages have the option to enroll in a payment plan, which divides your subscription cost over multiple interest-free installments, with automatic credit card billing. If you choose to complete your purchase through payment plan, after your first payment, your credit card will be automatically charged on the dates below. A valid credit card is required. The billing address must be updated in your account for the credit card payment to be processed.

Can I pay for Season Options with the payment plan?

Season options that are added at the time of renewal are eligible for the Payment Plan. Season options that are added after renewing must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are not eligible for the Payment Plan. All seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS

Can I buy additional tickets?

Based on availability, subscribers will be invited to purchase additional tickets ahead of the public. Login to your account to purchase additional tickets for individual shows.

Please note: Orders that exceed the ticket limit (8) will be canceled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. Additional tickets are subject to availability. A handling fee per ticket will apply at checkout.

TICKET EXCHANGE

As a subscriber, can I exchange my tickets?

Yes, subscribers can exchange tickets into another performance of the same show. For most shows, you have up to 48 hours prior to your performance (or by 5pm Friday for weekend shows) to complete your exchanges. If you exchange into a higher priced seat location or performance, the difference will be charged during the process. When exchanging into less expensive seating locations, the difference in price will be issued as a credit to your account. Some restrictions may apply.
