Flow Piano Sound Bath
Join us for this novel and one-of-a-kind live musical performance and meditation experience led by award-winning composer and pianist Ravé Mehta. Ravé will take you on a shamanic musical journey by playing a 1-hour continuous improvisational piano piece that will slow time down and help you relax and let go so you can drop into a blissful healing flow state.
Ravé debuted his show FLOW at Dr. Phillips Center in 2015 infusing yoga with performance art to his piano concert, creating what many heralded as a new genre of theatre and performance. Four years later, after performing around the world, Ravé is returning to the Dr. Phillips Center to present his new spin on flow – the piano meditation experience.
Ravé Mehta is an award-winning composer, pianist and bestselling author. Ravé has spent 15+ years researching the science behind fear and flow to gain a deeper understanding of how we can learn to access more of our superpowers. After learning how to use flow states to heal himself from Lyme disease, Ravé has performed around the world integrating these principles of flow into his piano sound bath performances to help other people drop into a deep healing state. Ravé is also the author of The Inventor, a bestselling graphic novel (Scholastic) based on the true story of Nikola Tesla and a recipient of the Tesla Vision Award by the Tesla Science Foundation.
