Plan Your Visit
Safety & Security
We encourage you to arrive at least 40 minutes in advance of the scheduled show start time. Our lobbies are open an hour to 90 minutes prior to most shows. Your safety is of utmost importance to us so while we will do everything we can to be as quick and efficient as possible, security checks take time. To ensure that you do not miss a moment of the show, please arrive early to the arts center.
Be prepared for inspection when you enter the arts center. If you bring a bag, it will be searched and will slow down your entry time. Magnetometers and wands are used at all entrances to Dr. Phillips Center.
Bring a small bag or no bag and bring only allowed items necessary for your enjoyment of the show.
On entering the arts center, please make yourself familiar with the layout, taking special notice of the nearest exits.
SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING
If you see something suspicious or out of place, please notify our security team immediately.
Please be respectful of those around you, as well as yourself.
Enjoy your time at Dr. Phillips Center & Bob Carr Theater.
