We encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance of the scheduled show start time. Our lobbies are open an hour to 90 minutes prior to most shows. Your safety is of utmost importance to us so while we will do everything we can to be as quick and efficient as possible, security checks take time. To ensure that you do not miss a moment of the show, please arrive early to the arts center.


Be prepared for inspection when you enter the arts center. This inspection may include the use of metal detectors. If you bring a bag, it will be searched and will slow down your entry time.



Bring a small bag or no bag and bring only allowed items necessary for your enjoyment of the show.


On entering the arts center, please make yourself familiar with the layout, taking special notice of the nearest exits.



If you see something suspicious or out of place, please notify our security team immediately.


Please be respectful of those around you, as well as yourself.

Items not permitted include, but are not limited to: backpacks, cameras with detachable lenses, cameras with lenses 6 inches or larger, coolers, e-cigarettes, face masks, flashlights, fireworks or explosives, go-pro/selfie sticks, helium balloons, illegal drugs, laser pointers, noisemakers and amplifiers, outside food and beverage, pets (except service animals), signs on sticks, signs larger than 8 ½ X 11 inches for indoor concerts, signs larger than 2' X 2' for outdoor concerts, signs or clothing with indecent or derogatory comments, tri-pods & mono-pods, unauthorized solicitation, handbills, giveaways, or sampling, video or audio recorders, weapons of any kind, or wrapped gifts.
