Important Show Day Highlights

• Box Office opens 2 hours prior to the performance
• For shows in the Walt Disney Theater, Della Phillips Grand Lobby doors open 90 minutes prior to the performance, Theater doors open 30 minutes prior to show start.
• For shows in the Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater, Della Phillips Grand Lobby doors open 60 minutes before showtime. Theater doors open 30 minutes prior to the performance.
• Arrive early. We encourage group arrivals at least 40 minutes prior to scheduled show start time to avoid the rush of general traffic.
• Be prepared for a security inspection upon arrival. Handbags are subject to search. When possible, travel light with a small bag and only bring allowed items, necessary for your enjoyment of the show.

Group Tickets & Manifests

Ticket Manifest

  • Before you distribute your group tickets to the individual group members, use our Group Ticket Manifest to keep a detailed list of who has been assigned to each seat in your order. In the event of a lost or stolen ticket, this is the only way we can reprint the missing ticket(s).

Will Call Tickets

• Will Call is just to the right of the entrance to Dr. Phillips Center.
• Please notify a member of the Group Sales Team if you prefer to have tickets available at Will Call. A Group Ticket Manifest is required from the Group Leader if you wish to have individual tickets available for pick-up the day of the performance.
• You must show photo ID to collect Will Call tickets.

Lost Or Misplaced Tickets

• If you have paid in full for your group ticket order, but have not yet received them, please call the Group Sales team immediately. We can assist you with a reprint/reship or have tickets left for the Group Leader to pick-up at Will Call on the day of the performance.
• If you are informed that a member of your group has lost/misplaced their ticket, please notify us and we can issue a reprint, and leave them under that guest’s name for pick-up the day of the show. They must present a photo ID to collect the reprinted tickets.
• Once a reprint is issued, the originals become void.

Parking & Bus Information

  • Pull up to valet, park yourself or take public transit. Because we’ve got it all in downtown Orlando.

Group Bus Drop-Off / Pick-Up

• Due to construction and road closures, bus parking is no longer available.
• For bus drop offs/pick-ups, Group Leaders must make a reservation with the Group Sales Team for a permit.
• Permits will be emailed to Group Leader with detailed instructions for the driver prior to the performance.

Front Porch Valet Parking Service

Take note of the traffic changes.
• Location: directly in front of Dr. Phillips Center on Magnolia Avenue, which is closed to through traffic between East South Street and East Anderson Street—so valet on South Magnolia Avenue is only accessible from East Anderson Street.
• Available two hours before all series and other select shows in Walt Disney Theater.
• Prices at the curb on the day of a show:
 $38 for premium valet (includes priority parking location and delivery).
 $27 for standard valet.
 $14 for standard accessibility valet (with a state-issued disabled parking permit).

City Commons Parking Garage

• Location: 460 Boone Ave., Orlando, FL 32801.
• After parking, cross the covered sky bridge on the garage’s third floor then go through CNL Center I to reach Orange Avenue and Seneff Arts Plaza.
• A courtesy shuttle, sponsored by OUC, can also take you to Dr. Phillips Center.
• Location: garage’s first floor near the ATM lanes.
• Available for Broadway season shows and other select shows in Walt Disney Theater.
• Shuttle is unable to accommodate wheelchairs.
• City Commons Parking Garage price:
• $12 flat rate

Pre-Paid Parking

• Available through the Group Sales Team. If you pay over the phone, a convenience fee is added.
• City Commons Parking Garage pre-paid price:
 $12 flat rate
• Valet pre-paid prices:
 $33 for premium valet (includes priority parking location and delivery).
 $24 for standard valet.
 $12 for standard accessibility valet (with a state-issued disabled parking permit).
• All pre-paid parking passes are final sale.
• Pre-paid parking is unavailable for shows in Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater.

Accessible Parking

• Available in the City Commons Parking Garage and through our Front Porch Valet Parking Service for guests with a state-issued disabled parking permit.

Concierge Desk

• Our concierge is behind the Grand Staircase in Della Phillips Grand Lobby.
• Some services include show, parking and restaurant information; lost and found; first aid; and access to assistive listening devices.

Tickets For Children

• Unless otherwise noted, children under the age of two are not permitted inside the theaters.
• All guests entering the theater—including infants and children, if allowed—require a ticket.
• Parents should use discretion when deciding which shows are appropriate for their children.

Re-Entry

• Re-entry policies are different for each event, so check before entering.
• Keep your ticket with you at all times.

Late Seating

• Latecomers or guests who leave during a show will only be allowed into the theater at an appropriate time—like a break between songs or acts.
• Guests can watch their show from monitors in Della Phillips Grand Lobby until late seating or re-entry is permitted.
• Please get here at least 30 minutes before showtime. We’re unable to provide refunds or exchanges for latecomers.

ATM Locations

• The closest ATM is in Grand Bohemian Hotel (325 South Orange Avenue), and there are several others across downtown Orlando.

Photos, Videos & Audio

• Unless otherwise specified by the show, please avoid using audio and video recorders, cell phones, tablets, cameras with detachable lenses larger than 6”, tri-pods, mono-pods and selfie sticks.
• Curtains, sets, costumes, scenery, lighting designs and other production elements are considered intellectual property and may be copyrighted.
• Any unpermitted use of a device may lead to the device being confiscated for the duration of the show—or the guest may be asked to leave.

Elevators

• Elevators reach all tiers of the theaters.
• One elevator is on the north side of the Grand Staircase and two are on the south side.

Food & Beverage

• The bars on Tiers 1 through 4 offer a variety of snacks and drinks.
• Bar service is available 90 minutes before shows in Walt Disney Theater, and an hour before shows in Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater. Bars also stay open an hour after curtain.
• At any bar, you can pre-purchase food or drinks for intermission.
• Please enjoy your food before entering the theater. You can bring in your drink unless otherwise noted.
• We accept cash, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or traveler’s checks.
• Guests 21+ must show a current, valid federal or state ID to buy alcohol. You can buy up to two drinks at a time per ID.

Restrooms

• Public restrooms are available on each tier, and all are wheelchair accessible.

Smoking

• Smoking or using electronic cigarettes is prohibited inside the arts center.
• Designated smoking areas are identified outside.
• Please keep your ticket with you at all times for re-entry.

Prohibited Items

Seaside Parking Garage

  • Location: 77 E Jackson St, Orlando, FL 32801
  • Available for Broadway season shows and other select shows in the Walt Disney Theater
  • Seaside Plaza Parking Garage price:
    • $12 flat rate when purchased online, by phone or at the Bill & Mary Darden Box Office
    • $15 curbside day of show
    • please note: clearance for this garage is 6' 5"
