Know Before You Go: Groups

It’s all in the details.

This is your one-stop shop for pre-show prep. If you have other questions, feel free to call.

Important Day-of-Show Info

  • Groups should get here at least 40 minutes before showtime to avoid the rush of general guest traffic.
  • Be prepared for a security inspection when you arrive. Handbags are subject to search so, if possible, travel light with a small bag. Also avoid bringing prohibited items.

  • The Bill & Mary Darden Box Office at Dr. Phillips Center opens 2 hours before most ticketed events.
  • For Walt Disney Theater shows at Dr. Phillips Center:
    • Della Phillips Grand Lobby doors open 1.5 hours before showtime and theater doors open 30 minutes before showtime.
  • For Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater shows at Dr. Phillips Center:
    • Della Phillips Grand Lobby doors open an hour before showtime and theater doors open 30 minutes before showtime.

  • Your group may be eligible for our new print at home ticket option. A member of our group sales team will discuss available delivery options at the time of final payment.
  • Before you distribute group tickets to individual members, use our group ticket manifest to keep a detailed list of who’s assigned to each seat in your order. In the event of lost or stolen tickets, this is the only way we can reprint them.

  • We’re unable to provide refunds or exchanges for latecomers, so please get here at least 40 minutes before showtime.
  • Latecomers or guests who leave during the show will only be allowed into the theater at an appropriate time—like a break between songs or acts.
  • Dr. Phillips Center guests can watch their show from monitors in Della Phillips Grand Lobby until late seating or re-entry is allowed.
  • Re-entry policies are different for each event, so check beforehand.
  • Guests should keep their tickets with them at all times.

  • Unless otherwise noted, kids under two years old are not permitted inside the theaters. Parents should use discretion when deciding which shows are appropriate for their kids.
  • All guests entering the theater—including infants and kids, if allowed—require a ticket.

  • If a group member loses his/her ticket, let us know as soon as possible. We can issue a reprint and leave the ticket under that guest’s name for day-of-show pickup. The guest must present photo ID to collect his/her reprinted ticket.
  • Once a reprint is issued, the original becomes void.

Buses, Parking &Directions

  • Due to construction and road closures, bus parking is no longer available.
