Student Spotlight: Jerahmy Marshall

Reflecting on one of his roles in The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Jerahmy Marshall shared: “When I tried on my costume, it was such a good experience for me because I love the feeling of becoming a whole new person onstage.”

And we love the feeling of creating memorable moments like this at our AdventHealth School of the Arts—where Jerahmy is taking his second class as part of our current youth production. He’ll play King Louis XI and appear in the group of soldiers/priests.

“I would have to say my favorite part about being at the school is how there’s never a dull moment,” the 15-year-old added.

What skill does Jerahmy want to sharpen next?

“I’m definitely excited to learn about singing because I want to learn how to polish my voice so it’s perfect—and so that I reach my full potential,” he said.

And he’ll have the chance to do exactly that in Ragtime—our newest youth production, which Jerahmy received a full scholarship to participate in.
