BRINGING A GROUP
Plan Your Group Experience
Whether you're organizing a field trip, corporate outing, community event or night out with friends, we're here to help every step of the way. Use the information below to prepare your group and make your visit easy and enjoyable.
Step 1: Organize Your Tickets
Create a Ticket Manifest
Before distributing tickets, create a ticket manifest listing each guest and their assigned seat.
A ticket manifest helps keep your group organized and allows us to assist if a ticket is lost or misplaced. If a ticket needs to be reprinted, the manifest is the only way we can verify the original seat assignment.
Haven't Received Your Tickets?
If your order has been paid in full and you have not received your tickets, please contact Group Sales at 407.455.5550. Our team can assist with ticket reprints, reshipping or arranging pickup at will call on the day of your performance.
Lost Tickets
If a member of your group loses their ticket, contact us as soon as possible. We can issue a replacement ticket and have it available for pickup at will call under the guest's name.
Guests must present a valid photo ID to collect reprinted tickets. Once a replacement ticket is issued, the original ticket becomes invalid.
Step 2: Choose How You Receive Tickets
Will Call Pickup
Will call is located just to the right of the main entrance at the Bill & Mary Darden Box Office, 445 South Magnolia Avenue.
Group leaders may choose to pick up tickets at will call on the day of the performance. Individual group members may also collect their own tickets at will call. All guests picking up tickets must present a valid photo ID.
Step 3: Plan Your Arrival
Arrive Early
For the best experience, plan to arrive early.
The Della Phillips Grand Lobby generally opens 90 minutes before performances in Walt Disney Theater and Steinmetz Hall, and 60 minutes before performances in Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater. Theater doors typically open 30 minutes before shows.
The Bill & Mary Darden Box Office opens 2 hours before showtime for guests who need assistance or would like to purchase tickets. The box office typically closes 30 minutes after the ticketed start time, so we encourage guests to purchase tickets before then.
Rideshare
Rideshare pickup and drop-off is located at the Stage Door, 155 E. Anderson Street.
Coming by Bus?
Groups arriving by bus must reserve a drop-off and pickup permit through Group Sales.
Permits and detailed instructions will be provided to the group leader before the performance date.
STEP 4: ENJOY THE PERFORMANCE
Late Seating & Re-Entry
Please arrive on time. Late seating and re-entry policies vary by performance. Guests arriving late or returning after leaving may be seated at an appropriate break. Until then, the performance can be viewed on lobby monitors.
Bringing Children
Unless otherwise noted, children under 2 are not permitted. All guests, including infants when allowed, must have a ticket. Parents and guardians should use discretion when selecting performances for children.
