This immersive program offers unique exposure to a variety of opportunities that exist beyond the stage.
You’ll get special access to behind-the-scenes production tours, have the chance to shadow professionals in tech, production or administrative roles—and even engage with our wide variety of programming. Plus, you’ll wear quite a few hats representing the Dr. Phillips Center during some of our events, educational programs and community outreach initiatives.
Together, these diverse experiences can open eyes—and doors—to endless possibilities, and prep you for playing a big part in the professional world.

Our Teen Ambassadors are exceptional leaders in their schools and communities, ranging from 9th to 12th grade, and most of them serving in some type of leadership capacity in their thespian troupes and other various student organizations. They are a diverse group of technicians, creatives, and performers, all sharing a love for the performing arts.
