STROKESTRA® is an innovative stroke rehabilitation program that drives patient-led recovery through group creative music-making workshops led by professional musicians and AdventHealth clinicians.

Our team of musicians and clinicians uses specially-designed techniques informed by music therapy, physical therapy, and mood lifting based on individual and group needs.

No prior musical experience is necessary. Participants will engage in various musical activities with different instruments, considering all possible stroke-related disabilities. Simply come as you are! While it is not required, we strongly encourage participants to engage in all session workshops to experience the benfits of the full program.
