Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available both in the City Commons Parking Garage and through our Valet Parking Service for guests with a state-issued disabled parking permit. You can pre-pay for Accessible Parking as an add-on when you buy your show ticket online, or you can call the Darden Box Office (844.513.2014) up to 24 hours before the show.

BY BUS
Several bus stops are conveniently located on or around the Dr. Phillips Center campus. Orlando’s LYNX bus system offers around 60 different routes, with buses running at 15, 30, and 60-minute intervals.
The free LYMMO Downtown Circulator is best for exploring downtown Orlando, and runs at 15-20-minute intervals on evenings and weekends. (12-minute intervals during office hours.)

Showtime’s just part of the picture – come enjoy our beautiful spaces before the curtain rises. Sit and have a chat, enjoy a drink or snack, or take-in the surroundings while getting amped for the performance. Our doors open in plenty of time for you and your party to settle in.
DOORS OPEN
The Della Phillips Grand Lobby generally opens 90 minutes before performances in Walt Disney Theater and Steinmetz Hall, and 60 minutes before performances in Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater.
Theater doors typically open 30 minutes before shows.
The Bill & Mary Darden Box Office opens 2 hours before showtime for guests who need assistance or would like to purchase tickets. The box office typically closes 30 minutes after the ticketed start time, so we encourage guests to purchase tickets before then.
