Locations

You'll find a bar just steps away from our theater entrances on every tier of Dr. Phillips Center. Bar service opens 1.5 hours before the show in Walt Disney Theater and Steinmetz Hall, and an hour before shows in Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater.

Bars stay open one hour after curtain. You can also pre-order food and drinks at any bar before showtime to avoid long lines during intermission.

Payment Methods

Swipe. Tap. Showtime. Our concessions and coffee bars are now cashless to make checkout easier.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as mobile payment options including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. You can also exchange cash for a no-fee prepaid gift card in $25 increments.

Guests 21+ must show a current, valid federal or state ID to buy alcohol. Guests may purchase up to two drinks at a time per ID.

GETTING AROUND

Elevators

Elevators reach all tiers of the theaters. One elevator is located on the north side of the Harvey & Carol Massey Family Grand Staircase and two are on the south side.

Restrooms

Public restrooms are available on each tier of the arts center, and all are wheelchair-accessible.

Guest Services Desk

Our concierge is located behind the Harvey & Carol Massey Family Grand Staircase in Della Phillips Grand Lobby. Some services include show, parking and restaurant information; lost and found; first aid; and access to assistive listening devices.

Theater Etiquette

Late Seating & Re-Entry

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime. We’re unable to provide refunds or exchanges for latecomers.

Re-entry policies vary for each event, so check beforehand –  and keep your ticket with you at all times.

Late arrivals or guests who leave during a show will only be allowed into the theater at an appropriate time—like a break between songs or acts. Guests can watch their show from monitors in Della Phillips Grand Lobby until late seating or re-entry is permitted.

Photos, Video & Audio

Unless otherwise specified by the show, please avoid using audio and video recorders, cell phones, tablets, cameras with detachable lenses larger than 6”, tripods, monopods and selfie sticks. 

Curtains, sets, costumes, scenery, lighting designs and other production elements are considered intellectual property and may be copyrighted. 

Any unpermitted use of a device by a guest may result in the guest being asked to leave before the end of the performance.

Wondering What to Wear?

True to our vision of Arts For Every Life®, we encourage guests to wear whatever they’re comfortable in. Some people love to dress to the nines – and some people are happier rocking their favorite t-shirt. It’s totally up to you. 

Keep in mind that face paint, costume masks and items with indecent or derogatory messaging are not permitted. We want the arts center to be a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. 

SAFETY & SECURITY

Entering the Building

With our new, contactless security system, you can leave everything in your purse and/or pockets when you walk through our lobby entrance. Just be sure to keep your ticket with you at all times for re-entry.

AdventHealth First-Aid Station

Need medical assistance? Visit the AdventHealth First Aid Station located on Tier 1 directly across from the concierge desk. Please note that medicine cannot be dispensed here.

Sanitization & Cleaning

High-touch surfaces are frequently cleaned and sanitized, and you can breathe easy knowing our specialized air handling unit uses UV-sanitized filters to provide greater fresh air exchange.

Smoking Policy

Smoking or using electronic cigarettes are prohibited inside the arts center. Designated smoking areas are located outside on the Seneff Arts Plaza.
