26/27 Season Offer Details

General: Subscriptions, tickets and additional tickets purchased under any subscription package are subject to Dr. Phillips Center Terms & Conditions and the offer details on this page. By buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Package Total: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, as well as $60 in processing fees, $42 in facility fees for the 8-show package, $36.75 for the 7-show package, all applicable taxes, and if applicable, the Patron subscription fee noted below. Processing fees are non-refundable.

Patron Subscription: The Patron subscription package (Orchestra rows AA–P, Mezzanine Center Rows A–D, Mezzanine Left and Right Rows A–B, and all boxes) includes a $175 fee for each subscription. Patron subscribers get priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers before tickets go on sale to the public, as well as parking for the City Commons Garage for subscription performances and other benefits.

Optional Donation: A $10 per seat contribution to the Florida Theatrical Association Education Fund is an optional donation. If you don't wish to contribute, you can opt-out at the time of purchase.

Season Option: 8-Show Subscription Packages do not include Season Options Wicked or Beetlejuice. 7-Show Subscription Packages do not include Season Options Hamilton, Wicked or Beetlejuice. Additional purchase is required, and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase. Season options added at the time of renewal are eligible for the Payment Plan. Season options added after renewing must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are not eligible for the Payment Plan. Ticket prices for the Season Options include a $5.25 per ticket facility fee and a $14 per ticket service fee..

Automatic Renewal: You will be automatically renewed each season into a full subscription package. Package prices and details will vary each season. Your credit card will be charged the then-current subscription price annually or in installments (if you're on a plan). You have 30 days from the date of the season announcement to cancel the renewal via the cancellation form. A valid credit card and email are required.

Automatic Renewal Opt-Out: To avoid charges for the 26/27 season, you must opt-out before February 24, 2026 by logging into your Dr. Phillips Center Account. This will not automatically cancel your subscription; you have until the renewal deadline to manually renew or your seats will be released.

Subscription Cancellation: You have 30 days from Tuesday, February 17, 2026 to cancel your subscription for a full refund by completing the cancellation form. Once cancelled, your seats will be released and put on sale.

Payment Plan: If you choose to complete your purchase through payment plan, after your first payment, your credit card will be automatically charged on the dates below. A valid credit card is required, and the expiration date must be after June 20, 2026. The billing address must be updated in your account for the credit card payment to be processed.

Subscription Renewal Payment Dates: 1st Payment — Due at time of purchase · 2nd Payment — April 17, 2026 · 3rd Payment — May 15, 2026 · 4th Payment — June 19, 2026.

Flexible Upgrades & Exchanges: Exchanges and seat upgrades are subject to availability and must be completed no later than 48 hours before your performance. Higher-priced exchanges are charged the difference; lower-priced exchanges are refunded to your original payment method or issued as account credit. Some restrictions may apply.

Additional Tickets: Orders exceeding the ticket limit (8) will be canceled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. Additional tickets are subject to availability and include a $5.25 facility fee and $14 service fee per ticket.

Account Credit: Account credit is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferrable.

Audience Advisory: Not all productions may be appropriate for all ages. Guests are encouraged to familiarize themselves with shows offered before purchasing a season subscription.

Priority List: Joining the Priority List does not guarantee access to purchase a subscription package. You will be notified when new packages become available after pre-sale windows and before the public announcement.

Health Protocols: Health and safety protocols may be in effect for performances this season; updates will be sent to ticket holders before each event or posted on Dr. Phillips Center's website. All ticket holders are required to comply.
