Safety & Security

Before coming back to the Dr. Phillips Center, here’s what to expect. We've been updating our health and safety protocols based on guidance from federal, state and local officials, as well as our partner, AdventHealth.

Please keep in mind:

  • If you have symptoms of COVID-19, or simply don’t feel well, please stay home.
  • Required: Negative COVID-19 Tests or Vaccination for all indoor shows and events
  • Masks are required at all times for all indoor shows and events—public and private—whether guests are vaccinated or unvaccinated.
  • For Broadway in Orlando shows: masks are required inside the building—including lobby spaces, restrooms and the theater. Guests can briefly lower their face covering when they’re actively eating or drinking.
  • As of June 10, 2021, Walt Disney Theater and Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater are open at 100% capacity.
  • With our new, contactless Evolv security system, you can leave everything in your purse and/or pockets.
    • Pack light if you need to bring a bag—and make sure it’s smaller than 12” x 12” x 12”.
    • See prohibited items below.
  • Familiarize yourself with the building’s layout and take note of the nearest exists.
  • If you see something suspicious or out of place, let our security team know immediately.
