How does the ticket lottery work?
During a set entry period, you register online for the performance(s) you're interested in. After entries close, winners are chosen at random. Winners receive an email with a unique promo code and a limited window to purchase up to the maximum number of tickets available; everyone else is notified that they weren't selected.
How do I enter the Ticket Lottery?
Complete the entry form on the lottery page during the entry period. You'll need to provide your first and last name, zip code, email address, phone number, the performance date(s)/time(s) you want, number of ticket requested and any ADA/accessibility needs. You'll receive one entry per performance you sign up for.
How will I know if I have been selected to purchase tickets?
Winners and non-winners are both notified by email, so watch your inbox (including spam/junk folders). To make sure you receive it: add info@drphillipscenter.org to your email address book/contacts before the drawing date, so the notification doesn't get filtered as spam.
Can I enter for more than one performance?
Yes, you can enter for more than one performance in the same lottery. However, you can only win and purchase tickets for one performance per lottery period. If you're selected as a winner for more than one performance you entered, you'll be confirmed as a winner for only one of them and removed from consideration for the others.
Can I request ADA/accessibility accommodations?
Yes, note any ADA/accessibility needs on your lottery entry form. This has no effect on your odds of winning.
Where are my seats located?
Winners will be able to select their own seats from the ticket inventory allocated to the lottery. Allocated inventory is based on availability, and some seats may have a partial, restricted, or obstructed view.
Do I need a Dr. Phillips Center account?
No account is required to enter the lottery itself. If you're selected as a winner, you'll need to log into your Dr. Phillips Center account, or create one, to complete checkout.
Where can I find my tickets once I have purchased them?
Tickets are delivered via True Tickets to your mobile/digital wallet.
Can I share these tickets?
No. Lottery tickets cannot be transferred through Dr. Phillips Center's ticket sharing feature.
