OFFICIAL TICKET LOTTERY RULES

Dr. Phillips Center Terms and Conditions of participation

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL ENTRIES HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING.

  1. Eligibility. This Dr. Phillips Center Ticket Lottery (the "Lottery") is open to all legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, except: employees, agents and directors of Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, as well as its distributing, advertising and promotional agencies, any Co-sponsors and immediate family members (defined as spouses, children, parents, siblings and in-laws) and persons living in the same household, as such individuals are not eligible to participate or win. The Lottery is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
  2. Terms. All participation in and each drawing of the Dr. Phillips Center Ticket Lottery (collectively, the "Lottery") is subject to the rules, terms, and conditions set forth in these Official Rules; the entry period, drawing schedule, and other show-specific details posted on the applicable Lottery Page; Dr. Phillips Center's Ticket Terms & Conditions; and Dr. Phillips Center's Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Terms"), all of which are incorporated into these Official Rules by reference. Your participation in the Lottery constitutes your acceptance of the Terms. Dr. Phillips Center may terminate a Lottery or change its rules at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
  3. Sponsor. The sponsor of this Lottery is Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, 155 East Anderson Street, Orlando, Florida, 32806.
  4. Prize. Each winner will receive the right to purchase up to the number of tickets stated on the applicable Lottery Page (the "Prize"), at the price posted on that Lottery Page, to the specific performance for which the winner entered and was selected. There is no cash value to the Prize, and the Prize is subject to ticket availability. Seat locations are assigned at Dr. Phillips Center's discretion and may be located anywhere in the venue, may have a partial, restricted, or obstructed view, and winners are not guaranteed seats adjacent to their party. No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash equivalent for the Prize will be made. Winners must complete purchase of their tickets within [60 minutes] of notification, unless a different purchase window is stated on the applicable Lottery Page, after which the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in accordance with Section 6 below. Tickets purchased through the Lottery will be delivered to the winner's digital wallet. Dr. Phillips Center will not be responsible for replacing or compensating a winner for tickets if any part of the Prize is lost or forfeited due to a missed purchase window, or is inaccessible due to an issue with the winner's device, digital wallet, or account. Tickets purchased through this Lottery are not eligible for transfer through Dr. Phillips Center's ticket sharing feature and may not be resold through the official resale program.
  5. Timing. During the entry period stated on the applicable Lottery Page, you can register for that Lottery online at the Lottery Page. You will be asked to complete and submit a registration form, which will require you to supply your first and last name, zip code, email address, telephone number, the performance date and time for which you are entering, the total number of tickets being requested and any ADA/Accessibility requirements. You will receive one (1) entry into that Lottery upon submission of your registration.
  6. How to Enter. During the Contest Period, you can register for the Lottery online by completing and submitting the Lottery registration form, which will require you to supply your first and last name, zip code, email address, telephone number, performance date & time and any ADA/Accessibility requirements. You will receive one (1) entry into the Lottery upon your submission of the Lottery registration.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, per performance. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Entries generated by a script or by an automated method will be deemed void.

  7. Accessible Seating and Other Accommodations. If you require accessible seating or another accommodation, you may indicate this on your Lottery entry form. Indicating an accessibility need has no effect on your odds of winning. If you are selected as a winner, a Dr. Phillips Center representative may contact you to coordinate accessible seating or other requested accommodations in connection with your Prize. Information you provide about an accessibility need or accommodation is used solely to provide that accommodation and is not used for marketing purposes or retained as part of general entrant communications, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
  8. Determination of Winners. For each Lottery, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts will randomly choose winner(s) from among eligible entries received during the entry period stated on the applicable Lottery Page, on the drawing date and time stated there. The number of winners selected depends on ticket availability for that performance. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for that Lottery. Winners and non-winners will be notified by email. Entrants are solely responsible for providing a valid, accurate email address at the time of entry and for monitoring that inbox (including spam or junk folders) for a notification; Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts is not responsible for a winner's failure to receive or respond to a notification due to an inaccurate email address, spam filtering, or an entrant's failure to check their email. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to complete purchase within the applicable purchase window described in the Prize section above, or if Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts determines, in its sole discretion, that a potential winner is not eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the winner forfeits the Prize without compensation of any kind. In the event of a forfeiture, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries for that Lottery and notified as outlined above, time permitting. Unclaimed or forfeited Prizes may be released for purchase by the general public or otherwise used by Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, and are not required to be awarded to another entrant.
  9. Taxes. Federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued to each winner for the value of the prize received.
  10. Release. By entering, each entrant agrees to discharge, release and hold harmless Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, affiliates, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising out of participation in the Lottery or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. Acceptance of the Prize shall constitute the winner's agreement and understanding that Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts has not made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or mechanical condition.
  11. General Terms. Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Lottery, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts' reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper function of the Lottery. Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts is not responsible for any lost, late, incorrect, inaccurate, undelivered, damaged, or delayed entries, whether caused by an entrant or any other technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Lottery and the processing of entries. If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted as a result of Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts' actions, the entrant's sole remedy is another entry in that Lottery, if it is possible.

Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Lottery or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in any other disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Lottery may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts' failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver.

  12. Publicity. Each entrant grants Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts the right and permission to use his/her entry, name, address (city and state), photograph, likeness, biographical information, statement or voice for advertising, promotional, publicity and/or any other similar purposes in any media without future notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law. For an entrant under the age of 18, entry into the Lottery by a parent or guardian on the minor's behalf, or a parent or guardian's consent to the minor's entry, constitutes that parent or guardian's consent to this grant on the minor's behalf. Each entrant waives the right to approve the finished product and agrees that Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts is not responsible for any publishing errors caused by them or their media outlets.
  13. Privacy Policy. Your information is used as described in Dr. Phillips Center's Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference above.
