Where is Dr. Phillips Center? Dr. Phillips Center is in the heart of downtown Orlando. Easily accessible from Florida’s east and west coasts, we’re only minutes from Universal Orlando Resort™ and Walt Disney World® Resort. Get directions to the arts center.

How do I see my tickets once I buy them? You can see all your upcoming show tickets in your Dr. Phillips Center account. To view mobile tickets on your phone, just log into your account. It’s always a good idea to have your mobile tickets readily displayed on your phone for easy entry at the arts center.

How do I get to Dr. Phillips Center and where can I park? Plug in your address for easy directions. You can pre-purchase valet and parking, too. If you’re valeting, enter from East Anderson Street.

  • Lynx, Orlando’s bus system, has several stops conveniently located on or around the arts center campus. Find Lynx routes and schedules.
  • Lymmo, a bus rapid transit (BRT) service, also has stops very close to Dr. Phillips Center. Find Lymmo routes and schedules.
  • SunRail, Central Florida’s commuter rail line, has the Church Street stop location (99 West South Street) a short walk from the arts center. Find SunRail schedules here.

How early should I get to Dr. Phillips Center for a show? Della Phillips Grand Lobby doors open 1.5 hours before showtime for most Walt Disney Theater performances. For most Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater shows, lobby doors open an hour before showtime. Theater doors typically open 30 minutes before each show.

Plan to leave plenty of time for enhanced security and bag checks. Avoid bringing weapons, pepper spray, large bags or backpacks, and audio/video recording devices.

Are there snacks and drinks at Dr. Phillips Center? Pop by the bars on tiers 1, 3 or 4 for a range of food and drinks—including delicious culinary offerings created by our in-house chef. Bar service starts 1.5 hours before shows in Walt Disney Theater, or an hour before shows in Alexis & Jim Pugh Theater. You can also preorder drinks for intermission.

On tier 2, you can visit Crafts on 2 before most shows and enjoy local craft beer, wine, cocktails and Foxtail Coffee.

Annual luminary donors have a designated bartender at Harry’s Bar on tier 1. Just show your donor card at the south end of the bar for access. Check out our food and drink menu.
