About the show

Following performances at Lincoln Center and Copenhagen Jazz Festival, husband-and-wife jazz artists Ari and Cecil Alexander bring their musical collaboration to our intimate music lounge for the first time.

A finalist in the 2019 Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz International Guitar Competition, Cecil has earned critical praise for his guitar playing in the bop tradition.

Danish American vocalist Ari brings a Scandinavian sensibility to American jazz traditions. She's known for her imaginative phrasing and playful scat singing.

Experience their musical chemistry, blending masterful guitar with expressive vocals in a performance that's full of surprises.
