About the show 

Comprised of violinist Suliman Tekalli and pianist Jamila Tekalli Hanner, this sibling duo has captivated audiences across the Americas and abroad with performances that merge virtuosic mastery and deep musical intuition. Celebrated for their versatility, they have appeared as duo soloists with orchestra, recitalists, educators and cultural ambassadors representing the United States overseas and performing at major venues including Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center.

Their repertoire bridges classical to contemporary, featuring works by composers such as Ravel and Takemitsu alongside their own transcriptions and commissioned works. Together, the Tekalli Duo continues to unite audiences through their shared artistry and belief in music’s power to connect cultures.
