This boundary-pushing jazz quartet returns to Judson’s Live—one last time.

One of the most highly praised groups in modern American jazz now returns to our music lounge for their last goodbye. For over two decades, The Bad Plus has been taking jazz to new levels with their visionary interpretations on a range of genres, playing with spirit, adventure and no rules. 

The Bad Plus has won critical acclaim and a legion of fans worldwide with their unique sound and flair for live performance. They continue to push boundaries as founding members Reid Anderson (bass) and Dave King (drums) embark on a new piano-less incarnation of the band with Ben Monder (guitar) and Chris Speed (tenor saxophone). The group is set to release their 18th album via Mack Avenue Records on November 8.
